Overview
RedotPay is a high-limit, custodial Visa card built for spending stablecoins without manually selling first. It gets you a card within minutes of KYC, works at Visa merchants in 150+ countries, and supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. The trade-offs are real: no everyday cashback, a $10 virtual issuance fee, a $100 physical card, and stacked conversion/FX costs. If you value reach, speed and limits over rewards, it is one of the most practical offshore crypto cards. If you want cashback, look elsewhere.

India availability
For Indian users, RedotPay is one of the most accessible offshore crypto cards: it accepts Indian residents and India-issued KYC documents, and issues a virtual Visa almost immediately after verification. There is no INR top-up, so you fund it with USDT/USDC or other supported crypto. It is widely used for international subscriptions, travel spending and forex payments that Indian bank cards decline. Remember that disposing of crypto — including spending it — can have tax implications in India; see the notes below and consult a chartered accountant.
Best for Indian users
Indians who want to spend USDT/USDC globally, pay for international subscriptions, or use a high-limit virtual card for travel and online payments.
- Acceptance: RedotPay accepts Indian residents and Indian KYC documents (PAN or passport) for verification.
- Top-up: There is no direct INR top-up. You fund the card with USDT/USDC or other supported crypto from an exchange or wallet.
- Card formats: A virtual Visa is issued almost immediately after KYC. A physical plastic card can be shipped to India for a fee of about $100.
- Where it helps: International subscriptions, travel, and online merchants where Indian bank cards are often declined.
- Tax note: In India, crypto is treated as a Virtual Digital Asset (VDA). Spending or otherwise disposing of crypto can be a taxable event, with a 30% tax rate plus applicable surcharge and cess, and 1% TDS on transfers in some cases.
